The minimum ratio: fill coffee ground in the filter mesh to scale 2, with water filled in the coffee carafe to scale 2.

2.Why is there steam out when making coffee?

It is a normal phenomenon. There are both manual pressure relief and automatic pressure relief devices. When the pressure is over 5bar, automatic pressure relief device will be triggered to achieve pressure balance and ensure the safety of the machine.
