We will process your order within 72 hours after receive your order. If you need to change the address, please contact us within 12 hours.

After we ship out the parcel, the tracking news of your country need sometime to update. it usually take around 15-50 days to delivery, however due to the COVID-19 virus in the world, the post office need more time to process the parcels, therefore if the parcel spent more than 90 days(some countries are 75 days) on the way, we can refund to you.

If the parcel length is more than 60cm, we need to change to ePacket to ship some countries’ parcel, but the platform can not choose ePacket to some countries to place order, so we will fill the Aliexpress tracking number but use ePacket tracking number to ship, please understand.
- Due to logistic reasons,we will not shipped battery or liquid in normal packages,we will take out battery or liquid if the item include any.you can use your normal battery for items if needed.
- Please place a special seperate order for liquid if you need one.
