1. Used 14g espresso ground coffee.
2 Press tamping while watching out the balance from side
3. Start to press and grasp handles on Filter Basket immediately when feels the bouncing force (Squeezing force doubles the pressing force) .
4. Over-extracted espresso shot due to too high pressure from too fine grind size! (8x speed) But reasonable Americano to enjoy!
5. Easy cleaning with the remaining water. Firstly we need fresh air by pulling out Piston from Chamber and put it back. Then press/squeeze again to get the remaining water pressed out and you should have a dried puck from Filter Basket. When you feel no pressure left in the Chamber with hands, or hear “fizz” sound from Filter Basket bottom, it’s ready to open Filter Basket.
Hydraulic compression (Pascal’s) & Squeezing handles magically deliver consistent 9-bars pressure over 30 seconds!
No electric power, No maintenance, But it makes what you want anytime, anywhere!
